We want your order to arrive safely and on time. To give you peace of mind, we offer Shipping Protection at checkout. This small additional fee covers issues like lost, stolen, or damaged packages so you're always protected.


 WHAT'S COVERED

With Shipping Protection, your order is covered if:

  •  Your package is lost in transit.

  •  Your package is stolen after delivery.

  •  Your items arrive damaged.

If any of these occur, we’ll replace your order at no additional cost.


 WHAT'S NOT COVERED

Shipping Protection does not cover:

  •  Incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

  •  Packages marked as delivered but delivered to the wrong address due to carrier error (contact the carrier directly).

  •  Delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or other factors outside our control.

CLAIM REQUIREMENTS

  1. Contact info@kovaine.com within 5 days of the delivery issue.

  2. Include your order number and any relevant details (e.g., photos of damage, tracking info).

  3. Expect a review of your request and system will work to resolve it.


 WITHOUT SHIPPING PROTECTION

If you do not add Shipping Protection at checkout, KOVAINE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are handed off to the carrier.
