What payment methods do you accept?

How often do you restock?

Products are constantly being replenished at our partners and our production hubs, so availability can change frequently.

How do I find out my size?

To best gauge your appropriate size, please refer to the sizing chart for the particular item you’re interested in. This can be found directly on the product page.

Where do you ship?

All orders are shipped from 130+ production hubs in 32 countries, ensuring faster delivery, reduced costs, and lower carbon emissions.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

We cannot cancel or edit orders once they are placed.

Can I combine two orders into one shipment?

We cannot combine orders. Once orders are placed, they begin processing immediately. 

How do I track my order?

Please use the tracking info provided in your shipping confirmation email. 

When will my order ship?

Delivery time depends on the shipping method, the destination, and other factors: 
  • Standard/Economy: This is the typical domestic delivery option and usually takes 2–4 days. 
  • Express: This is the expedited delivery option and is recommended when time is critical. 
  • Standard air freight: This is a less expensive option than express air freight, but it can take 3–5 days. 
  • Pallet shipping: This is used for large orders that weigh more than 28 kg. 
Other factors that can affect delivery time include: The product ordered, the print location, the order size, and the network status.

 

My Tracking Information states that my order was delivered but I have not received it. What does this mean?

Please email info@kovaine.com we’ll do our best to resolve this as quickly as possible. 

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. No refunds accepted, no returns honored. Items with significant factory defects are accepted for exchange within 48 hours from when the shipment is received.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

Shipments may be subject to delays due to customs, regions, and national holidays. If you have yet to receive your order within 12 business days, or your estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us at info@kovaine.com

For every purchase order at KOVAINE, you will earn 10% cashback credits. View all the ways to earn credits on our rewards page. Please note that you must be logged into your KOVAINE account at checkout in order to collect credits on your KOVAINE order. Credits cannot be added after an order is placed.

Once you complete the order, please allow 24 hours, from when your order ships, for your credits to appear in your KOVAINE account.

Yes, you will be able to use a redemption code and a qualifying discount code together.

Disclaimer: You can not use multiple discount codes on a single order, but can use multiple redemption codes in a single order.
